Orders
We can offer
either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post or UPS Courier ( Royal
Mail Special Delivery is used if order is packed too late for UPS
pickup and within weight limitations for postal delivery) for UK
mainland deliveries.
Royal Mail First
Class Recorded Post is not a 'guaranteed delivery
time' service, in many instances delivery is a couple of days however
it can take up to approx 14 days. If a fast delivery service
is required please use our UPS Courier/Royal Mail Special Delivery
service
For
a faster service we can offer delivery by UPS or Royal Mail Special
Delivery either to your home or work address, (Please select this
class of service on final order form section 'Shipping and Handling'
if required)
If you have
specific delivery requirements e.g Saturdays please contact us before
placing your order online.
Please be aware
that with both Royal Mail First Class Post or UPS Courier Standard
Service, we are unable to specify particular delivery times during
the day e.g after 3.00 pm, this facility is not available
on these services, if this will be a problem please contact us and
we can quote you for a timed delivery, but this is only available
at additional cost
Please be
aware that all delivery's will need to be signed for on arrival,
we cannot arrange for goods to be left without a signiture e.g in
a conservatory or porch etc. We can deliver to your work address
if it's more convenient.
Goods returned
to Kiteworld because of your failure to collect from Post Office
within the designated period following a failed delivery attempt
at the specified address will incurr a repeat delivery charge
International Orders
We welcome International
orders. We charge delivery postage and packing at actual cost and
to avoid delay in despatch we will charge the cost of delivery to
your account up to a maximum of £20.00 without contacting you first.
If the postage and packing charge is higher than £20.00 we will
contact you by e mail for your authorisation before adding the charge
to your account. If you consider the charge too expensive you may
completely cancel the order
As an example
if we calculate a postage and packing charge to be £6.50, we will
add this as an additional charge to your order via Protx.
Transit time
depends on your location. we always send using an airmail insured
service that will require a signiture on arrival
